Solid Rocket Motor Propellant Grain Burnback Simulation Based on Level Set Method

چکیده
Abstract Burning surface calculation is an important item in solid rocket engine design. In order to accurately calculate the parameters such as burning change law combustion chamber, level set based method used for calculation, firstly, complex divided into a uniform grid by voxelization; then distance transformation signed function, and finally information of contour obtained generate curve. The comparison with CAD shows that relative root-mean-square error this paper within 2% numerical results.
